I have been going to lucky pet for years. The reason why I am given a 4 star is because I brought my cat there today for rabie shot. They thought my cat was new because they had no record. She was there 2 years ago. How did that happen I know a new Dr so new business taking over I don't know. Still you don't loose records . I am also given a 5 star because they have some one who grooms so my cat being long fur will be going back to be groomed and I feel better her having it done at the vets then at a pet store who also grooms. Hopefully will be a good outcome. I am also given a 5 star as even though it was my first time meeting new Vet Dr name Christopher he never introduced himself but I didn't either , but he picked up my cat and held her a little before he examined her. That meant alot to me. In 2 years prices went up but what hasn't. I'm given them a chance. **So to update can't remember groomers name who groomed my cat but she did a great job and surprisingly didn't have to sedate her. I can tell my cat feels better . As of tonight she realized she has a tail 😹😹. So now a 5 star
