My cat was in a week ago for unrelated issues but they still listend to his heart.....was told he was fine. Hes now dead from heart failure. I have talked to other vets and vet techs...it should have been picked up. I also still haven't gotten an estimate on a dental that I asked for twice. Guess it doesn't matter anymore.

We have really liked this vet! We previously went to another local vet and while they were very kind there is something I really appreciate at Biddeford Animal hospital. They will give medical insight over the phone. Our dog was sick with diarrhea and we were thinking he may have had a blockage. They were reassuring that we could monitor him at home before going in and even called in a probiotic we could pick up there. I believe our old vet had would have made us make an appt ($$$$). So yes we are very impressed with this vet!

Excellent vet care knowledgeable friendly helpful staff. Online website for appointment scheduling & u can also text them questions or text to cancel appointments etc and a person will respond. Great customer service and a variety of toys treats leashes food and other products in the waiting area. Great location minutes from turnpike & large parking lot.
