Have been with Sunray many years. Tried other vets for convenience and because of dissatisfaction went back to Sunray who welcomed me back. They take great care of my pets.

We brought our 15-year-old cat and 5-year-old dog for an introductory visit. Dr. Norman examined them both and was exceptional. He could have been James Herriot in All Creatures Great and Small – so thoughtful, intelligent, thorough, and patient—and caring and modest to boot. He took great pains to make sure our cat and dog were comfortable throughout his examination and that we as pet parents understood everything he was doing and why. He gave us great tips on adjustments we could make to their food, clearly explaining why and how the foods would make a positive difference. Update in 2026: It was a Blue Christmas for my family and me – we had to put down our elderly cat Sapphire, who had been part of our family since she was a kitten in 2007. Dr. Seymour, Vet Tech Ceilidh, and Customer Service Reps Rachael and Sheri could not have been kinder and more comforting as we tried treatments to save her and ultimately accepted that we had to let her go. On the appointed day, Dr. Seymour explained the process, and she and Ceilidh were gentle with Sapphie. They gave us space and time to say goodbye and consoled us afterward, listening as we reminisced and allowing me to fall into their arms for comforting hugs.

Our family has been part of the Sunray Animal Clinic family for almost 20 years! When we first moved here, Jackie and Sammie were older dogs. That's when we met Dr. Seymour - our forever vet. One of the hardest things as a dog parent is having to say goodbye. This is the most compassionate team of dedicated people I've ever met. They were there for all of us and made the crossing less painful. Soon after, 17 years ago, (little) Maggie joined our family. Seven years ago, Maggie Too joined our family as a rescue, and she was already six and named Maggie, so.... we had the Maggies! The staff coined the name "Maggie Too," and it stuck! Dr. Seymour and the team have taken great care of both of them. Both have had their share of health challenges, and I know I can count on Dr. Seymour to figure out the right course of action. As they have gotten older, we see Dr. Seymour and the team a lot. The care from everyone there always lowers my and the Maggies anxiety levels. I really appreciate the check-ins and follow-ups. I can't say enough how great this clinic is. The staff are awesome. Shout out to my front desk peeps Sheri and Rachel who see me a lot on my drug run pick-ups! Maggies give it a big paws up! Thanks Dr. Seymour!!!
