The Veterinarians were kind and gentle with my cats. Matilda had oral surgery and they called to check in with me throughout the day and kept me informed.

I called VRCCE for help with travel documentation, and rather than tell me honestly they could not help with my specific airline’s requirements, they lied to me both over the phone and during the appointment. Several days later (after I had paid $220 for the appointment) they told me they couldn’t do the paperwork after all. To be clear, I don’t have a problem with them being unable to do the paperwork (well, technically … their reasoning is ridiculous but if they’d been upfront I would have simply gone elsewhere). The issue is their dishonesty, and frankly I was a little shocked because during the appointment they acted perfectly willing to help. They were also incredibly rude over the phone afterwards, but I guess that’s neither here nor there. I would not trust this place to give any kind of accurate information again. ETA: the paperwork is neither complex nor difficult to understand, and I have a pet shipping consultant who I (and others I know) have worked with before to guarantee all requirements are met for the cats to travel safely. I stated exactly what was required, and this clinic charged me for an appointment without disclosing that they were unable to complete the paperwork as the airline required. Per their follow-up email, they knew in advance that they would not be able to complete the paperwork, and withheld this information until after I paid. This is not the only vet clinic I contacted about the airline issue, but they are the only ones who lied about their ability to complete the paperwork. I will be taking my cats through an alternative route where they ARE guaranteed a safe trip (which is my priority — the suggestion made by this clinic runs the risk of my cats being denied boarding and therefore forcing me to either lose my job or abandon my cats), and I only regret the time, money, and effort wasted here.

My dog Zeus has been seeing Camille for rehabilitation services since April and we’ve had nothing but an excellent experience. Zeus has progressed so well since the start of his care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for rehabilitation services!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice. My cat, Minnie, started having seizures in the fall and as a new pet owner, I was very scared. VRCCE was able to see Minnie with little to no notice and referred me to PVSEC to have Minnie followed by a neurologist. Dr. Johnson made me feel very informed, and in control of Minnie’s treatment plan without pressure. Now, Minnie is 4 months seizure free! They also always have her prescription food in stock whenever I call. Thank you guys for all that you do, from the staff at the front desk to the veterinarians. You’re amazing!
