Olivia has been amazing as my newest rescue was terrified with the vets,we did happy visits for several weeks. The day we had to get shots with a muzzle he was so much better. Thanks to Olivia and my favorite Vetrinarian!!!!

First visit with our new puppy. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Dr was very caring, gentle, and took all the time needed to answer questions and make suggestions for both medical care and puppy care.

I've been taking my cat, and now dog, to Ellsworth Family Veterinary Clinic since they opened and trust them completely. I appreciate their obvious love of animals and the compassion and empathy they've shown Charlie and I. Dr. Jones is knowledgeable and experienced, and takes as much time as needed to give Charlie appropriate and thorough care. When he recently needed a specialist she advised me to take him that day to Scarborough, the closest specialized animal hospital, and it saved his life. The doctor who did Charlie's surgergy said Dr Jones is excellent. Her small but mightly team is friendly and efficient. Jim, the manager, is upbeat and quick to help when I call. They are a M - F business and her patients need to go to Brewer, Veazie or Scarborough for emergencies or after hours care. Charlie and I both recommend Dr. Jones and her team.
