I use to go there for years but since all the staff they had left its a very unorganized place elms should retire the staff is rude and dont answer any questions and if the do they rush you off the phone

5* review isn't enough to express how much I appreciate the love and medical care the Manchester Cat Hospital has given to not one of my cats but now a second after losing my American Bulldog Wednesday night woke up to my Luna with her neck scratched to pieces whole patch of her neck hair and her ears were nothing but scabs and after just losing my dog with no appointment they told me to come bring her that she'd have to be dropped off and then picked up today well that didn't happen this kind loving lady is the CAT WHISPERER she took care of the patients she was already caring for and then instead of making me leave her she got right to my Luna and cared for her like you'd never seen cause Luna doesn't like being manhandled or to take meds and she not only gave her the meds but then had to get body temp and after what she'd of run and hid for hours soon as this kind lady was done Luna jumped from examination table right up to her work area after all she'd just had done to her and it's an amazing thing to see this lady's connection to animals there's no other place to take your fur babies for emergencies or just their health upkeep and from the bottom of my heart I appreciate the love and care the Cat Whisperer has given to my Luna and my Midnite. You want love and caring for your fur babies and want the best in services and care THE MANCHESTER CAT HOSPITAL IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!!

Got a text from this place talking about inaccurate information from a former employee. I've been there only a couple times and each times there was new people so talking about same smiles you've come to trust is pretty laughable when the turnover rate seems through the roof. Either way I won't be taking my cat back to this place so they can remove me from any stupid texts like this. Vet is so scattered, place is unclean, shes yelling at other customers and employees about who knows what. Everyone and their cats looking stressed. How about just do your job as a vet and take responsibility for your business instead of letting it out on whoever's nearby. Its no wonder other people are saying the same things and judging by the number of reactions on the 1 star reviews compared to the 5s I reckon the folks who know about this place tell their friends not to go there too. How this place hasn't been reported yet is beyond me. Still don't believe me? Ask other vets you know about this place and it's "vet". EDIT: Ms. Elms my wife was the primary one you dealt with and she doesn't think we should go back to you either. You can't hide behind professional sounding words online when I've heard the things you actually say come straight from your mouth myself. So to anyone reading this save your money from finding out yourself how bad this place is the first time round and take your business elsewhere. You can find far better pet care from another vet. You'll thank me later

They were able to take us in asap and were thorough, very knowledgeable, understanding and affordable. Our visit ended with the worst outcome, but these guys did everything possible to try and safe our little guy while keeping us from falling apart at the same time.

Thank God for the lady that runs this establishment! She saved my chameleons life and at a fraction of the cost of other animal hospitals!
