Long time customer. Recent lack of compassionate care with my dog who is at the end of her life due to cancer, led me then to find a new vet for my other animals. The time that a customer should expect care and compassion and thinking of how to best provide comfort for our dying pet during a very hard time, they profoundly missed the mark. Having to ask for options to keep her comfortable, the office felt very amateur in the area of a dying animal and taking into account individual needs. Try having a better approach to comfort care and end of life planning for cancer patients. Think of it as hospice care and how would you want to help your dying family member. But this a new opportunity to have a new vet practice who is well versed in these areas when the time comes for our other fur babies.
I am so impressed. This is by far the best Vet experience I have ever had. The whole experience was top notch. Meg the Vet tech was so kind, amazing with my frenchie, knowledgeable and quite honestly the best I have ever seen. Dr.Sara was by far the best Veterinarian I have ever used. She took time and worked thru every issue he has been having. She cares and it shows. She also did acupuncture on him, and I can already see a positive improvement. I highly recommend!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you're a pet owner who considers your pet to be so much more, than simply a pet, then Jordan Bay Animal Hospital should be your trusted source for your beloved four legged family members care.
It's taken me more than a week to share this review, as we said goodbye to our so very loved, best boy, Dallas, on the 13th of November, and coming to grips with life without our boy has been one of the hardest things we've had to to do in our adult life. Dallas was our, nearly 11 year old male German Shepherd.
Dallas had been a patient of a local vet, but as he aged, the care he received was sub par, and thankfully, we found Jordan Bay, as an alternative, and his care from that point on was all that we could hope for and more.
True compassion in your animals care is not something you can pay for. True compassion is a rare thing nowadays. You can't pay for or demand it. You can hope for it, but often we are let down by the lack there of. At Jordan Bay, doctor Sarah and Meghan are two of the staff members there, and if you're anything like us, you'll likely quickly see them as two angels or perhaps saints. They truly embody the word compassion and show that compassion in the care of your animal.
When that dreaded day, to say goodbye comes for you as an animal lover, you'll want to be with Jordan Bay, Dr. Sarah and staff, along with their experience, knowledge and again, their compassion, where they can provide the atmosphere of calmness, respect and the all important dignity of your animal to pass peacefully with grace and dignity.
We are truly struggling without our Dallas by our side, and will, for likely a long time, but JBAH and their staff made this awful experience one that we could leave with appreciation for their care and assisting in the peacefully passing of our boy.
Thank you Dr. Sarah, Megan and staff. We are eternally thankful for you and so very much appreciate your care and the love shown to our boy Dallas. We will never forget how amazing you were for our boy.
