Dr. Jason Doll is absolutely wonderful and truly a gem. He came to our home to help our beloved 17-year-old kitty, Chips, peacefully cross the rainbow bridge, and we are forever grateful for his compassion and kindness during such a difficult time. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Doll was gentle, patient, and incredibly caring. After Chips passed, he thoughtfully gave our family private time to grieve and allowed our other two kitties to come say goodbye to their sister. It meant so much to us. He later returned with a beautiful basket lined with purple silk and a warm blanket for Chips. As we carried her to his car, he asked what song we wanted to play for her. Since it was her birthday, we chose “Happy Birthday,” which made the moment even more special and meaningful. We also received a lovely email and handwritten card afterward that truly warmed our hearts. Thank you, Dr. Doll, for treating Chips and our family with such dignity, compassion, and love.
