Called to simply get an estimate on my upcoming appointment and every time I tried to talk the receptionist spoke over me giving me attitude, and would not listen to me. All I asked to be scheduled for last week was a dematt and they added extra stuff on when I told them I would like to schedule the other things that my cat needs for a month out from now so he still gets what he needs but I will still be able to pay my other bills. Then I was told it could be anywhere from $160-$500 which is insane but I understand. That’s a lot of money to just hand out and I would hate to show up to an appointment and be unable to pay so I tried asking if they would consider a payment plan if it came to be on the higher end. Before I could even get the words out, she asked if I would like to cancel or reschedule my appointment. At that point I was so fed up with being talked over and ignored that I spoke over her and told her to just cancel it. And then she seemed shocked that I gave her the same energy that she was giving me like I had done something wrong. I understand that working at a veterinary office can sometimes be stressful, but as a professional you should know how to handle yourself better than that. I felt uncomfortable and uncared for during the whole conversation. On the contrary, at my previous appointments all of the actual veterinarians were FANTASTIC! That is the only reason that I will be staying with this office.
