Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for the whole team at Westbrook A.H.! Dr. Friel and Dr. Paul are amazing at what they do and have saved many of my family's animals over the years. Kim is the most understanding, level headed, and rockstar of a surgical tech I have ever met. The ladies at the front desk are able to take calls and intakes with such efficiency and grace. They are also affordable to boot! I am so grateful this team exists!

Lack of communication, lying, and backtracking last minute. The receptionists attempt on having a power trip at the expense of my cats safety when I called to follow up was deeply upsetting. I have never in my life been spoken to and dismissed the way I was, and was put "on hold" mid sentence. Refusing to answer the phone when I tried to call back. When looking at the other low reviews this seems to be a consistent problem that the hospital has not worked on. IF YOU HAVE CATS DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!! There was another incident with my other cat who had inflammation and when I asked for tests to check because I knew something was wrong (male cat peeing blood or very little) the old vet said no because he, "wouldn't want to put him though that" ???? What is wrong with this place?? Luckily I brought my cat to petmedic and got the results for his ultra sound and labs within a day or two... I don't know if that man wanted to go home early that day or what but the latest interaction with the receptionist was the last straw. Back to back horrible experiences for both of my cats, stay away from this place!
